Audition Notice

The 574 Theatre Company of Mishawaka, IN announces auditions for our Holiday production of It’s a Wonderful Life, A Radio Play. 


Directed by: 574 Theatre Artistic Director, Alex E. Price.


Audition Date:

Saturday, November 23 from 10am-Noon. 


Call Backs:

Callbacks will be done in the 10am-Noon slot on November 23 if needed.


Auditions will be held at First Presbyterian Church, located at 401 Lincolnway East Mishawaka, IN 46544.


No need to prepare material. Auditions will consist of cold reads of the script. 



This beloved American holiday classic comes to captivating life as a live 1940s radio broadcast. With the help of an ensemble that brings a few dozen characters to the stage, the story of idealistic George Bailey unfolds as he considers ending his life one fateful Christmas Eve.

Seeking actors who are above the age of 18. 


Production Dates: 

Rehearsals begin on December 1 and will run Sunday-Thursday from 6:30pm-9:30pm at First Presbyterian Church. Tech rehearsals are December 14, 16, 17, and 18. Performances begin on December 19 with a public preview and continue on December 20, 21 and 22. 


The performance will be broadcasted live on WFRN on December 21 at 7:30pm. 


Actors receive a stipend of $100.
